Roy grew up in Granite City, Illinois and graduated from Granite City High School in 1969. He attended SIU in Edwardsville, IL for 2 years then attended St. Louis College of Pharmacy and Graduated in 1974. He has been a Pharmacist for 50 years. And also serves as Reserve Deputy in Ripley County, MO.  He and his wife enjoy spending time with family in their spare time
